Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your order. At DHAJCRAFT, we strive to provide a hassle-free cancellation process for our valued customers. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
- Cancellation Deadline
You can cancel your order within 12 hours from the time the order was placed. After the 12-hour deadline, the order cannot be cancelled, and you will be charged for the full amount of the order. There is no cancellation once the order has been shipped.
- Cancellation Process
To cancel your order, please send us your order ID via email at hello@dhajcraft.com or WhatsApp at +91 915 3968 230, along with the reason for cancellation. Our team will process your cancellation request and confirm it with you.
- Cancellation Fees
There are no cancellation fees for orders cancelled within the 12-hour deadline. However, once the deadline has passed, the order cannot be cancelled, and you will be charged for the full amount.
- Custom or Personalized Items
Please note that there are no cancellations for personalized or custom items, as these products are specifically created according to your preferences and cannot be resold.
- Refunds
Yes, we provide refunds. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
NOTE :-
- If you wish to initiate a refund, you must do so within 7 working days of receiving the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Shoes usually must be in their original, unworn condition.
- The original packaging (e.g., shoebox) is often required.
- A receipt or order confirmation is typically needed for a refund.
- Without a receipt, you get store credits that are valid till 2 months after the date it has been issued.
- Refunds are generally made to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). In some cases, if you paid in cash, the store might issue cash or a store credit.
- Custom-made or personalized shoes may not be eligible for a refund.
- Clearance or final sale items are often excluded from refunds.
- Order Modifications
If you wish to modify your order, please email us at hello@dhajcraft.com with your order ID and the requested modifications. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made after the 12-hour cancellation deadline.
- Partial Cancellations
We do not accept partial cancellations. If you wish to cancel only a portion of your order, you will need to cancel the entire order and place a new order with the desired items.
- Order Status
You can check the status of your order by using the order ID or reference number provided in your confirmation email.
- Failed Deliveries
If your order could not be delivered due to incorrect shipping information or unavailability at the time of delivery, please contact us at info@dhajcraft.com
