  1. ) About DhajCraft shoes:
  • How are DhajCraft shoes made?

DhajCraft shoes are skillfully handcrafted by our local artisans who have expertise in using techniques that are centuries old. From designing to manufacturing, each pair takes upto 2-3 days to make.

  • What materials do we use?

Our wedges, mules, ballerinas, sliders, sneakers, boots and loafers are made from premium artificial leather, textile (handloom and khadi). The finely detailed embroideries are done on high quality fabrics.

  • Where are they made?

At DhajCraft we believe in ‘Make in India’ hence, we proudly work with local artisans with years of experience to give you the best of both worlds, modern yet traditional. The shoes are made to go with your ethnic as well as western outfits.

  • Can you make matching shoes for my outfit?

Definitely!! We take custom orders too. Book your free consultation now! Note: Custom order shoes can take upto 15-20 days to make. So, kindly keep that in mind as we don’t entertain any urgent requests for custom order.

  • What forms of payments do DhajCraft accept ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Paytm.

  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we do offer Cash On Delivery across multiple cities within India.

  1. ) Sizing & Care:

All our styles are designed according to established industry standards for fit and sizing. We recommend selecting your regular size in all our styles. If the shoes feel a bit snug, that’s alright as they are flexible and will stretch according to your feet. The more you wear them the more comfortable they get. We recommend you select the shoe size based on the length of your foot.

Measure your foot:

  • Place your foot flat on the ground. Measure the distance between A (tip of the toe) and B (end of the heel) in centimetres. That’s the length of your foot.
  • Please carefully check the circumference of your feet and choose accordingly.

  • Do our shoes fit uneven narrow or wide feet? Our shoes are especially designed to fit & hug your feet, whether they are narrow or wide. Please go through the measurement instructions carefully and inform us accordingly. 

4.) Care & Maintenance:

How can I take care of my shoes ?

To keep your shoes shiny and bright for a long time, dust them off with a clean cloth and keep them safely in the box that it comes in.

The shoes can be cleaned with a damp cloth & a mild cleanser. Make sure to them out completely before storing them back in the box.

When handled with care, DhajCraft Shoes will last you many years.

Although we make sure to secure the beads and embellishments on the sliders and mules, they might fall off if rubbed against an abrasive surface. Boots, sneakers and loafers can be cleaned with a dry cloth and polished for added shine.

5.) Shipping & Delivery:

  • When will my order ship out?

We try to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

  • How much time will it take to receive my shoes?

We do our best to dispatch your pairs within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. It takes around 5-7 working days for the delivery of shipment depending on your location in India.

The shipping time for custom orders and out of stock products is longer and we will keep you informed about the approximate delivery date after ordering. These delivery timelines are subject to location, distance and the availability of our logistics partner.

Note: There might be a delay in deliveries during national holidays and festivals. For orders outside of India, delivery time is between 20 -30 working days.

  • Can I track my order?

Definitely! You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as we process your order. Receive a tracking number on your email ID once your order has been shipped. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order. 

Note: If in case you haven’t received an email confirmation of your DhajCraft Order, please check all folders including your junk folder, as it will come from a noreply email address.

  • What courier do you use for deliveries ?

Our shipping partner is ShipRocket. They handle all the national and international orders.

  • Do you offer free delivery?

Ofcourse, we do. We provide free delivery all across India for all orders above Rs. 1500.

However, we can’t say the same for International deliveries as there are additional custom charges etc.

  • Can I collect it from the local store?

Sure! We offer a reserve and collect service. This is available on the checkout page. Please be aware, if the product is not available in a local store, you will be unable to reserve it. You can contact us to confirm if we have that product in store or not.

  • Why can’t I select next day delivery?

We can only offer the next day on goods we have in stock at our dispatch depot.

  1. ) Exchange and returns :
  • Can I exchange my order?

Indeed! If you don’t love your pairs or need a different size, you can exchange them within 7 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging.

Dhajcraft reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. Item(s) which show signs of wear will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Products bought on sale are not eligible for exchange & return.

International orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Please confirm your size based on our size chart. 

  • Do You provide Pick-up service in India?

Yes, we provide a free pick-up service all over India. You just need to contact us through email, WhatsApp or give us a call and we’ll arrange a pick for your product. You will be notified by email and text message once the return is complete.

If you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email, on call or WhatsApp us.

Note: No returns will be accepted until and unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

  • What counts as manufacturing defects?

      1. Sole Defect

  1. Upper body pasting defect
  1. Embroidery defect If the product we’ve sent you has the above-mentioned defects you are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note: Do not forget to take a clear unboxing video beforehand to make this process smoother.

  • Do you provide refunds?

Yes, we provide refunds on limited orders within 10-15 working days.

NOTE :-

  1. Shoes usually must be in their original, unworn condition.
  2. The original packaging (e.g., shoebox) is often required.
  3. A receipt or order confirmation is typically needed for a refund.
  4. Without a receipt, you get store credits that are valid till 2 months after the date it has been issued.
  5. Refunds are generally made to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). In some cases, if you paid in cash, the store might issue cash or a store credit.
  6. Custom-made or personalized shoes may not be eligible for a refund.
  7. Clearance or final sale items are often excluded from refunds.

Note: Returns and Exchange will only be entertained as long as they are new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging. Please make a clear video while unboxing the package to keep it as a proof. Products bought during sale are not eligible for exchange & returns. We don’t provide exchange and return service for international orders.

You can add a valid promotion code in the cart during checkout. You also get a first-purchase offer for your next purchase from DhajCraft.

  • Cancellation Policy

 

At DhajCraft, we understand that there might be occasions when you need to cancel or alter your order. We aim to offer a straightforward cancellation process. To understand the Cancellation Policy please go through the terms and conditions properly.

Terms and conditions of cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Deadline

You can cancel your order within 12 hours from the time the order was placed. Once the 12-hour deadline has passed, your order cannot be cancelled & you will be charged for the full amount of the order. Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.

  • Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, please send us your order ID via email at info@dhajcraft.com or WhatsApp at +91 915 3968 230, along with the reason for cancellation. Our team will process your cancellation request ASAP and confirm it with you.

  • Cancellation Fees

There are no cancellation fees for orders cancelled within the 12-hour deadline. However, once the deadline has passed, the order cannot be cancelled, and it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Custom or Personalised Items

 Please note that there are no cancellations for personalised or custom items, as these products are specifically created according to your preferences and cannot be resold.

  • Refunds & Exchange

For information on refunds for cancelled orders, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • Order Modifications

If you wish to modify your order, please send us an email at info@dhajcraft.com or WhatsApp us on WhatsApp at +91 9153968230, with your order ID and the requested modifications. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made after the 12-hour cancellation deadline.

  • Partial Cancellations

We do not accept partial cancellations. If you wish to cancel only a portion of your order, you will need to cancel the entire order and place a new order with the desired items.

  • Failed Deliveries

If your order could not be delivered due to incorrect shipping information or unavailability at the time of delivery, please contact us at info@dhajcraft.com or call us at +91 915 3968 230. Our customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue ASAP.

Note:- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled includes:-

  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Please note that we may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
