Return & Exchange Policy
- If you don’t love your shoes or need a different size, you can exchange them within 7 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like.
- Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return, and we can confirm that it has been delivered.
- Please mention the size and style you want in exchange for your current pair in the customer note when raising your exchange request and, in the parcel, when you send it back to us.
DHAJCRAFT reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Dhajcraft. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed to the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done after the quality check of all the received items.
Exchanges are not provided on international orders.
Exchanges will not be processed for pairs not directly purchased from our website.
